F8thful to the Assignment was founded by James (Jai) Jones in the fall of 2015. Jai has a passion for all men, their families and their walk through manhood and on to marriage. Through personal, spiritual and physical coaching, Jai is able to support them in their personal assignment to execute the hope of the future that God has for them.
Jai is an ordained pastor. His ministry is best seen outside of the pulpit. With over 22 years of serving in ministry, he has gained an abundance of training and hands-on experience in church finance, leadership development, church growth, youth experience, connections, and more.
Meet Jai
With humor and relatable messages, Jai is a tell it like it is communicator. His communication style penetrates the heart and minds of his audience whether big or small.
His biggest goal is to see everyone fulfilling what God has called them to be. He believes if we connect more and stay accountable to one another we will see life change in each other and are able to change the world around us. Jai is making an impact & making his mark as a Kingdom builder and will do whatever it takes to advance our community wealth.
